Charagi Imam Saheb Masjid Waqf Estate

AIMS AND OBJECTS OF TRUST:- All are charitable in nature and purpose as defined in charitable Trust Act 1920 and Income Tax Act, 1961 as below.

OBJECTS

EDUCATIONAL

i)    To start, Nursery School, Primary School, Arabic Training Institutions, Charagi Darul Uloom, Computer Training Institute, Arabic Class, Makatib Center, Quran Class Centre, Hafiz Class and different Educational institutions; Spoken English, Computer Training Centre, Krishi-Vigyan Kendra's for accelerating the pace of rural development.

ii)    To maintain or assist any educational or other institution for coaching, guidance, counselling or vocational training or to grant individual scholarships for poor, deserving and needy students for elementary and higher education.

iii)    To open, found, establish, promote, set-up, run, maintain, assist, finance, support and or aid or help in the setting up and or maintaining or schools, colleges, lecture halls, and other establishments or institutions for advancements of educations and of knowledge in arts, science, literature, humanities and all other useful subjects in all manifestations.

iv)    To promote, open, advance, encourage and or aid in helping, promoting, advancing and encouraging Nursery School, Primary School, Arabic Training Institutions, Charagi Darul Uloom, Computer Training Institute, Arabic Class, Makatib Center, Quran Class Centre, Hafiz Class and different Educational institutions; Spoken English, Computer Training Centre, Krishi-Vigyan Kendra and also physical training, training centre of Handicrafts, fine art and other useful arts, crafts among the public including the establishments and maintenance of shilpashikshalayas, kala kendras, and other welfare centers for them.

v)    To grant, pay or give scholarships, stipends, rewards and allowance and other financial assistance or help in cash or kind to students with a view to help them in prosecuting their studies in schools colleges, Nursing and Midwifery educational works in India.

vi)    To open, found, establish, promote, set-up, run, maintain, assist, support and or aid or help in the setting up and or maintaining and or all Computer Education and Training Courses, Vocational Education & Training Courses, Teacher's training Courses/Cultural Education programmes, Language learning & training etc.

vii)    To make any publication including books for the above purposes.

viii)    To hold and conduct examination among the students of the Trust on the courses of the Trust from time to time and to award the successful candidates.

Masjid — Reconstruction of Charagi Imam Saheb Masjid.

Madrasha — Charagi Darul Uloom.

Medical — To run, maintain or assist any medical institution, nursing home or clinics or to grant assistance to needy and indigent persons for meeting the cost of medical treatment and medicine distribution, blood camp, Eye camp and First aid, Charitable Dispensary, ambulance service, can do medical camp whenever.

Relief of the poor - To give financial or other assistance in kind by way of distribution of books, notebooks, cloths, uniforms, blankets, food distribution, widows pension, Ramzan Packet, Eid Packet, or meals for the poor and indigent and to the persons suffer due to natural calamities and to promote of Poor men and women facility their self reliance, through vocational training, visible economic initiative etc.

To establish and run residential school, hostel, day, boarding school, workers hostel, old age home, vocational training-cum-production centers, agricultural animal fishery, floricultural & horticultural production-cum-training farms and other educational and financial institutes.

Sports — To promote and provide training for Rural sports.

Other objects of general public utility -
i) To acquire property for the sole use for public good by making it available for public purposes as for example, creché and/or as a community hall to be available for public use as training classes, seminars, discourses and other public functions for benefit of the community in general.

ii. To undertake any other activity incidental to the above activities but which are not inconsistent with the above objects.
